Meet The Team

A founding partner of Pierce & Howell, Wes has over 10 years of experience assisting clients in both business and real estate transactions. 

 

Originally from Cherry Grove, SC, Wes earned his degree from The Citadel in Charleston, SC. A resident of the Charlotte area since 2010, he now lives in Belmont with his wife, Danielle, and their daughter. Outside the office, Wes is an avid runner, rower, watch enthusiast, and bourbon connoisseur.

Tyler L. Pierce is a founding partner of Pierce & Howell. He focuses his practice in estate planning and probate. He also assists clients in commercial real estate matters, and offers expertise in corporate transactions, incorporation, and general business law concerns.

Tyler was raised in Brevard, NC. He attended the U.S. Air Force Academy and received his degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has lived in the Charlotte area since 2003, and currently lives in Matthews with his wife, Amber, and their two sons.

Caleb advises clients regarding Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trust Administration, Special Needs Planning, and Guardianships.

Caleb graduated from The Citadel in Charleston, SC and subsequently received his law degree from the Charleston School of Law. He currently lives in York, South Carolina, with his wife, beautiful daughter, and two Miniature Dachshunds. In his free time, Caleb likes to spend time with his friends and family. He also enjoys playing basketball, golfing, and fishing.

Holly is a NC Certified Paralegal since 2014 with a concentration in real estate closings. She also does title abstracting and loves learning the history of real estate. She works to form lasting relationships through her genuine demeanor, integrity, and passion to help others.

Outside the office, Holly enjoys being on the golf course, going on outdoor adventures with her beagle pup, and antiquing.

James graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Criminal Justice and minor in Spanish. He then went on to become a NC Certified Paralegal. While new to Charlotte, he was raised in Statesville, North Carolina.

 

As a former humanitarian, James enjoys serving his community and those in need.

Danielle is a Charlotte native who graduated from East Carolina University. She spent 8 years in the medical field prior to joining the firm in both a practitioner and administrative role.

 

Outside the office Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, along with their five pets. She also enjoys running, woodworking, and vacationing at Disney World.
